Captain's Expectations of his Customers:
Note: Any damage or loss of equipment due to customer negligence is the responsibility
of the customer.
- As your Captain, I have invested a considerable amount of educational time acquiring my U.S.C.G. Masters
License and Ohio Guide License. You need to trust my judgement to provide a safe trip and optimize your
experience. I need your cooperation and ask that you follow my instructions at all times
- I have made a large investment in my boat and fishing equipment. I go to great efforts to make sure
everything is in excellent working order. I ask my customers to respect my investment and treat it as their
own. Remember that even though you are booking a charter, you are still a guest on my boat!
Note: Any damage or loss of equipment due to customer negligence is the responsibility

Captain’s Rights:
The captain reserves the right to refuse or terminate any trip based on, but not limited to, the following:

- Poor or changing weather conditions that may jeopardize your safety
- A previous bad experience with the customer and/or one of their guests
- Customers not following the captains instructions or not respecting the captain
- Abusive treatment of the boat and/or equipment
- Customers bringing illegal drugs on board or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
