  • Not included in prices

Terms:  
  • Deposit - $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your date (Check or Cash)
  • Balance - Balance is due at the beginning of the Charter (Cash Only)

Cancellations:  
  • When made 30 days in advance you will receive a full refund  
  • When made less than 30 days in advance, another date will be offered. A refund will be at the discretion of the
    Captain  
  • By the Captain's choice due to poor weather or lake conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule the date or
    a full refund

Fuel Surcharge:
  • All rates are based on 2007 gas prices. Due to the unpredictability of future gas prices, a gas surcharge may apply
  • At the time you book your trip, you will be informed if a gas surcharge is necessary

TOLERANCE” Program of the U.S. Customs Service. NO DRUGS, in any quantity, are permitted on board.

All drugs will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Customs.
